KAIDAN [2007] [JAPANESE] DVDRip

Synopsis:

 

Horror master Nakata Hideo, the director of Ring and Dark Water, goes back to the source with his first period horror Kaidan. Based on a famous 19th-century story by Sanyutei Encho, this eerie and elegant Edo-period piece is stylistically a marked departure from  his previous films, though every bit as chilling. A nod to the works of pioneering filmmaker Nakagawa Nobuo, Kaidan evokes the classical horrors of the 1950s and 1960s with its folk tale narration and kabuki romanticism, infusing modern production values with age-old scares. Another offering from prolific J-horror producer Ichise Takashige, the film both terrifies and enchants with its handsome photography, beautiful art direction, and haunting tale. Appropriately enough, kabuki star Onoe Kikunosuke (Inugamike no Ichizoku) embodies the film’s tragic lead, crossing paths with a strong line-up of actresses that includes Kuroki Hitomi (Tokyo Tower), Seto Asako (Death Note), Aso Kumiko (Nada Sou Sou), and Inoue Mao (Gegege no Kitaro).

PIRATES OF CARIBBEAN: AT WORLD'S END [2007] [AXXO] DVDRip

Synopsis:

 

After Elizabeth, Will, and Captain Barbossa rescue Captain Jack Sparrow from the the land of the dead, they must face their foes, Davy Jones and Lord Cutler Beckett. Beckett, now with control of Jones' heart, forms a dark alliance with him in order to rule the seas and wipe out the last of the Pirates. Now, Jack, Barbossa, Will, Elizabeth, Tia Dalma, and crew must call the Pirate Lords from the four corners of the globe, including the infamous Sao Feng, to gathering. The Pirate Lords want to release the goddess Calypso, Davy Jones's damned lover, from the trap they sent her to out of fear, in which the Pirate Lords must combine the 9 pieces that bound her by ritual to undo it and release her in hopes that she will help them fight. With this, all pirates will stand together and will make their final stand for freedom against Beckett, Jones, Norrington, the Flying Dutchman, and the entire East India Trading.

MUOI: THE LEGEND OF A PORTRAIT [2007] [KOREAN] DVDRip

Synopsis:
 

Yun-hee is under pressure by her editor to produce something of interest for her next book. She hasn’t had a book published in three years and is all too cognizant of this fact. Things look up when her old friend Seo-yeon calls from Vietnam. Seo-Yeon informs Yun-hee about a local Vietnamese folklore centered around a girl named “Muoi” and her haunted portrait. It just so happens that in Yun-hee’s prior novel, she wrote a semi-autobiographical tale concerning her friends title “Secrets & Lies”. In the book Seo-Yeon was portrayed in the most horrible manner, but Yun-hee is sure that Seo-Yeon hasn’t read the book as she has been living in Vietnam for years. Yun-hee eagerly flies to Vietnam to learn more about Muoi.

POKEMON THE MOVIE 9: POKEMON RANGER AND THE TEMPLE OF THE SEA [2007] [ANIME] DVDRip

Synopsis:
 

The film opens with a mysterious egg floating in the sea. It is suddenly captured by Phantom the Pirate. The egg is snatched by one of his crew members who is actually a Pokémon ranger named Jack “Jackie” Walker in disguise and he manages escape Phantom’s ship with the egg with the help of a Mantine. Meanwhile Ash, Pikachu, May, Max and Brock are continuing their journey only to find them in an open wasteland without any water. They run into the Marina Group, a family traveling performance group meeting Elizabeth, her parents Kyle and Meredith, and her grandfather Chip and they own water-type Pokémon and psychic-type Pokémon who also perform for their shows, including a familiar clown. They offer them water and shelter for the day. That night, May is exposed to the egg that was captured and rescued earlier and witnesses a dream for which she finds herself at an underwater temple with a mysterious Pokémon. The next morning the Marina group share that they are descents of a group of people called the People of the Water, and they all share the same dream. Just then they find Team Rocket (Jessie, James, and Meowth) taking off with the egg. The clown steps in and reveals himself as Jack Walker and with the help of Ash and Pikachu and captured Fearow, they rescue the egg and Team Rocket goes blasting off....
